Player

Player is a video platform interface for audience participation in extended reality. Videos uploaded to Player include motion and sound tracking, and recorded movements are converted into 3D motion data. Users can follow the actions of a video accurately, then record, edit and share their own version. A generative AI tool lets users create avatars and backgrounds, so participation is possible without showing the face or body. The interface is designed for head-mounted extended reality devices and suits activities such as dance and building tasks.

Augmented Reality Interior Design

Arid is an augmented reality application for interior remodeling. Arid runs on a mixed reality headset and allows users to view new materials on the walls, ceiling and floor of a real room. The space is first scanned to create a three-dimensional model with spatial anchors. Virtual walls are then attached to these anchors, and paint colors, tiles or transparency can be applied. Preset virtual furniture can be added and moved with hand gestures. Arid reduces the need for physical samples and small screens.

Unmanned or minimally manned inspection becomes possible in high-risk areas. Functions include identification of safety risks, automatic reporting of abnormal events and three-dimensional remote monitoring. Robots and inspection plans are managed on computers, and information is also shown on mobile devices and large screens.
