Everything published on Meet Design, including articles, descriptions, images, rankings, daily features, quotes, links and advertisements, is provided for entertainment and general information purposes only. For professional, legal, financial, purchasing, investment, design, technical or cybersecurity advice, please consult a qualified professional, because content on Meet Design is general information and carries no offer, endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any product, service, person or company. Meet Design is an editorial publication, so to purchase featured interface designs, products or projects, please contact the respective designers, brands or rights holders. 3. Provided As Is, Where Is and As Available

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meet Design and all content published on meetdesign.net are provided on an AS IS, WHERE IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, with all faults, and without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that meetdesign.net will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of viruses, malware or other harmful components. Meet Design does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by designers, brands, advertisers or other third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, Meet Design, the publisher of Meet Design and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Meet Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, Meet Design, or reliance on any content published on meetdesign.net, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in Meet Design Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. Full Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Meet Design, the publisher of Meet Design and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Meet Design from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and attorney fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of Meet Design, (b) your breach of Meet Design Terms and Conditions, (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights, and (d) any information you provide through Meet Design or to the third-party services reached through Meet Design. The obligation to indemnify survives any end of your use of Meet Design.

6. Intellectual Property

Featured works. The interface designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on Meet Design belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties. Each work is shown on Meet Design for editorial or entertainment purposes, and the presentation of a work on Meet Design leaves every single right with the respective owners.

Original materials of Meet Design. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of Meet Design are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 Meet Design. You are welcome to read Meet Design and to share links to pages of meetdesign.net for personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes. Please obtain prior and explicit written permission from the publisher of Meet Design, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of meetdesign.net, except where the law expressly allows.

Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on Meet Design infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a written notice through the Meet Design Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. Meet Design reviews every notice promptly and carefully and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.

7. Third-Party Websites, Services and Advertising

Meet Design contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner and affiliated websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of Meet Design, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain solely the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and discretion and subject to the terms of the respective third party.

Advertising shown on Meet Design is delivered by Massive Outreach Ads Network, the privacy-first advertising solution provider of Meet Design. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely and exclusively between you and that advertiser.

8. Forms and Forwarding to Third-Party Services

Some features of Meet Design, such as the Meet Design Submit Design page, the Meet Design Newsletter page and the Meet Design Encyclopedia page, work in two steps. You provide a few details on meetdesign.net and may then be forwarded to a partner service that carries out the actual service. The partner service, and not Meet Design, is responsible for processing your information and for everything that happens after the forwarding, under the terms and the privacy policy of that service. You agree to provide accurate information and to enter only information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to share.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Meet Design for lawful purposes, to access meetdesign.net through ordinary browsing and search engine indexing rather than through robots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means, to respect the security and availability of meetdesign.net, its servers and its networks, to provide truthful information through the forms of Meet Design, and to keep every credit, copyright and other notice intact.

10. Availability and Changes

The publisher of Meet Design may change, suspend or discontinue Meet Design, or any content or feature of Meet Design, at any time and without notice or liability. Meet Design Terms and Conditions may also be updated from time to time, and the date shown at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of Meet Design after a revision means that you accept the revised Meet Design Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

Meet Design Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with Meet Design, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the publisher of Meet Design identified in the Meet Design Impressum, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of Meet Design Terms and Conditions is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. A delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. Meet Design Terms and Conditions, together with the Meet Design Privacy Policy and the Meet Design Cookies Policy, form the entire agreement regarding the use of Meet Design.

13. Contact

If you have questions or concerns about Meet Design Terms and Conditions, please use the Meet Design Contact page or the Meet Design Impressum.
